The story of the foundation of EDSA TEKSTİL started when 4 brothers with a spirit of entrepreneurship founded a dyehouse. Our company, which produced 25.000 kg knit fabric daily for ready-to-wear exporters by making an important breakthrough in the industrialization process of the textile industry in Turkey, started to grow in 1994 by incorporating a allover printing facility in line with the needs and demands of the industry. In 1997, its daily capacity increased to 15.000 kg printed and 40.000 dyed fabric. It served hundreds of brands in its building in Istanbul with an indoor area of 20.000 square meters. During the same period, it elevated annual turnover up to 35.000.000 USD by stepping onto ready-to-wear production and exportation. It has become one of the highest quality companies in the industry by carrying out knit fabric production and ready-to-wear exportation to well-known American and European brands. In the 2001-2006 period, it ranked among the second largest 500 companies list which was issued by Istanbul Chamber of Industry. In 2008, it focused on ready-to-wear and fashion with the aim of becoming the ready-to-wear manufacturer which makes the best and highest quality production in the industry and with the dream of creating a brand in this field in the following periods. Its central design and management department is located in Istanbul and due to high labor force potential and low cost; it carries out its production in Çankırı in its facilities with 2500 sqm of area. Our annual production is 3 million items and our turnover is approximately 5,5 million Euros. Our company creates collections in at least 4 seasons every year with the designers within the company and we make dreams come true by presenting them to elite European customers.
